Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.


Eligibility for Returns


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that returned items must be shipped to the following address (provided via the return label):

If your return is approved, we’ll provide you with a shipping label within 24 hours, which will include all details of where to send the item back. Once received, you can use the label to complete the return.


Important: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items


Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and address it promptly.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items


Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants)

Custom products (e.g., personalized or special-order items)

Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products)

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Please note: We do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and place a new order for the desired item once the return is approved.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period


If your order is being shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason without justification.

As above, the item must be in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.


Refunds


Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.


Please remember that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process the refund.
